Child Safe Environments (YPL) – Certificate of Proficiency (Youth Support) A requirement for all Youth Program Leaders and Rover Unit Leaders, Child Safe Environments (YPL) is a 3-hour refresher workshop covering topics including risk and harm, abuse-related trauma, sexual abuse and online grooming.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have enrolled into the Scouting Essentials course being held on the same weekend, you DO NOT need to also enrol on this course – you will be automatically enrolled.
Course suitable for all Youth Program Leader/Leader of Youth appointments and Rover Scouts (e.g. Joey Scout, Cub Scout, Scout or Venturer Scout Leaders and Rover Scouts).
