Youth and Adult Financial Support

With rising pressures due to increases in the cost of living, Scouts SA have developed the Member Hardship Fund aimed at assisting current and prospective youth and adult members to afford the cost of Scouting.

Families can apply via their Group Leader/Leader in Charge/Rover Unit Leader to have a youth member’s annual Branch membership fee paid for, by providing evidence of financial hardship. From time-to-time financial support may also be made available to cover youth participation in a major event or activity or other opportunity as advertised by the Branch.

Eligibility criteria and application forms can be downloaded from this page.

Further information and applications for Member Financial Support are made by submitting an F6/F7 form together with one piece of required evidence to financialassistance@sa.scouts.com.au
