Uniform
The Scout Uniform is worn by all Youth Members and Adult Leaders.
The badges on the uniform tell a story about personal achievement, recognition and a member’s Scouting journey.

In the case of a youth member, the placement of badges can show
- My Involvement – front of the uniform – Milestones, Events, Patrol
- My Identity – right sleeve – Name tapes, district badge, additional awards and introduction to section
- My Journey – left sleeve – Peak awards, Special Interest badges and Outdoor Adventure Skill badges.
These changes have been made since July 2020 and so as Youth Members change uniforms they should update their badge placements as per the layout document available below.
