All participants, parents, and volunteers are encouraged to report any concerns to:

  • Scouts SA – via the official reporting process.

Further information on Safeguarding will be distributed with the participant information pack (coming soon).

Will Woodhouse Adventure Park remain open to the public?

Woodhouse Adventure Park will remain open to the public during Cuboree, but only for limited day visitors via a promotion, and an existing booking at Woodhouse Manor.

Cuboree activities will not be accessible to the general public, with limited shared spaces between participants and public visitors.

On Saturday, LifeFM will host a promotional event to promote Woodhouse, offering a valuable opportunity to showcase a major Scout event to the public. This promotion will not interfere with Cuboree.

Woodhouse Adventure Park staff will have full visibility of onsite visitors and will relay relevant information to the Cuboree team as needed.

To distinguish participants, Cuboree attendees will be issued unique identifiers, ensuring clear identification between event and non-event members.

Can parents attend with their children, or visit The Cuboree?

Parents can attend in a formal Adult Helper Capacity. They must complete an A2 – Application to become an Adult Helper to attend in a Cuboree Unit and have express permission from the Cub Scout Leader of their child’s Scout Group.

Parents will not be able to visit The Cuboree as day visitors to Woodhouse.
