Suitable for Leaders who have completed their Certificate of Proficiency/Basic Training

This course provides an opportunity to learn about designing and delivering instructional sessions to people. It covers topics such as adult learning principles, instructional techniques, preparing a session plan, and delivery of a training session to teach small groups new skills. This course is a requirement for anyone seeking to join the Training Team or to become an Outdoor Adventure Guide.
