To support continued growth in program delivery, we introduce Project Evolve. A project designed to support all adult leaders to understand the program better and to ensure that all leaders, regardless of their length of time in Scouting, all have a common understanding of The Program.
To ensure success, the program has been extended into 2025.

Bronze
- Completion of Bronze elements extended until 1/5/25

- Part A – Please ensure your DC is given the names of youth and adult leaders completing Part A
- Part B – All videos and session notes are available below. Groups in small teams can complete these sessions. They cannot be completed on your own. The discussion is essential.
Silver
Part A – 2024/2025 Plans

- Well done if your unit completed the planning template and achieved +2 youth membership growth by December 1st If your numbers need to be corrected, please ensure all registrations are completed by 30/11/24. You can check your latest youth numbers in MyScout.
- All DC’s and GL’s have been sent a summary of membership numbers per unit for 29/2/24 and 1/12/24!
- There is still time to complete silver. The attached templates have been updated for 2025. It would be great if every unit/group/district/team completed a plan and strived to increase by +2 in 2025…
- Part B – UNIT LIFE SURVEY
- This survey is now available for units only to complete (other teams skip this bit!).
- The Unit Life Survey document contains all information about the survey. Please take the time to complete it. We hope to do it again next year. The data collected will help both units and Scouts SA plan for future success.

PROGRAM DELIVERY CHECKLIST

- Complete the checklist as a Unit Council.
- Please then share a copy with your GL, who can send it to your District Commissioner. We would appreciate copies sent to lauren.bolster@sa.scouts.com.au. This will help us provide appropriate support and resources in 2025. (Scanned or printed copies are suitable.)
- Program Mentors are ready and waiting to sit down with you to review your results and provide support.
- If your score is over 100 in each unit of the group and you would like support to increase your membership, please email Lauren.
