Looking for a versatile venue for your next activity or camp? Look no further than Scout halls for hire!
We currently have two incredible venues for hire located in West Beach and North Haven. With spacious and versatile interiors, as well as ample outdoor space, these halls are the perfect choice for many types of activities and events. Both Scout halls are available for Scouting and non Scouting Groups, including clubs and schools.
Seahaven is located in Outer Harbour, adjacent to the Royal Yacht Squadron at Outer Harbor. It is the major Scout Association campsite for water activities on the sea and has a long and distinguished history. The site offers a range of facilities for both land and water-based activities, including:
- Bunk style accommodations
- Fully functional kitchen (incl. urn, stove, microwave, utensils)
- Tables and chairs (for inside use)
- Toilets and showers
- BBQ area
- Boat ramp
- Outdoor space for activities
Seahaven can be used for a weekend or at any time during the week, making it a flexible option for groups who want to participate in water-based activities. It can also be used just as a base if you want a place to stay while you explore the area. There is a nearby train station if you want to travel into Adelaide city.
Seahaven is available for hire to both Scout members and the public, making them a versatile option for a range of activities and events.

Seahaven
The Adventurous Activities Centre is located in North Glenelg, adjacent to the Patawalonga and close to Glenelg shopping and the beach. It provides a range of facilities for events and activities, including:
- Large function hall
- Overhead projector and screen, whiteboards and flip board
- Fully equipped kitchen (incl. urn, stove, microwave, fridge, utensils, BBQ – *gas not supplied)
- Tables and chairs (for inside use only)
- Toilets and showers
- Photocopier, DVD and television (by arrangement)
- Outdoor activity areas for team building and adventure activities
- Outdoor camping space
The Centre is available to hire for day and evening scouting events, and is also suitable for small group events, training courses, club meetings, school trips, and much more.
The Adventurous Activity Centre is available for hire to both Scout members and the public, making them a versatile option for a range of activities and events.
